Delivery Service prices

We try to ensure the fastest delivery of you items as possible , but the minimum we can dispatch a order in is 7 days due to all items coming directly from the Oriflame warehoue in Poland . This is to ensure you have the newest stock. so please bear with us while we obtain your items in the knowledge you have the longest shelf life of you items

Please note the following: 
·Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). 
·Delivery will be through Royal Mail and subject to their terms.
·If you are not in when the Royal Mail attempts delivery, they will leave a card for you telling you how you may collect your order. ( please be aware that not all postmen do this so if in doubt please track your order)
·You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you 

How can you track your order ?

You can track your order by visiting Your Account, signing in and clicking on Order History. We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed and when the order has been despatched You can track you order by using the tracking number and the postal companies services below.

Lost /missing Items

On occasion items may be lost in the post or the contents missing . Once items have been identified as having been lost or missing by Royal mail, you will receive a full refund or replacement . Before any refund is given  Royal mail Must confirm to us in writting of the loss. If you do not receive an item that you have ordered please contact us.

Damaged/Broken products

Whist every care is taken with packaging your items, on occasion products might have been damaged or broken in transit. If this is the case please contact us , take a picture  of the  Damaged/Broken products  so we are able to claim against insurance for you. You will receive a full refund or a replacement product subject to you taking a picture and emailing us with this .

Refunds & Returns Policy

You may return any item within 30 days of receipt, all we ask is that it remains unused and in the condition in which it was sent. We do require that you pay the postage costs if you decide to return the item. For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping (or show any signs of having been used)

Where We Deliver

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands). We also delivery to USA, Canada and most EU countries

Delivery Time is within 15 working days for the UK & 25 working days for the EU USA CA

Import duties and taxes

When ordering goods for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the items purchased, are delivered to your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
